I hope you are all well.
We are busy drafting the reports and finalising the DEGJSP project.
We are very sad to announce that Mr Hegben, Head of Special Programmes, has recently been called elsewhere on the 1st of December.
He sends his regrets and has suggested that we postpone the CEO's meeting and dinner with DEG until the new year when he can come.
This also fits in with the local DEG office.
Ricarda has then suggested that we hold the agronomists final results day at ICRAF on December 1st 2011, which will be our first closing event.
I attach a draft agenda for this event.(Agenda is attached on the Background Documents-'DEGJSP project closing event'
Lunch will be organised for everyone connected to the project.
We regret these changes from the original plan.
Please do confirm your participation in this closing event with Evelyn as soon as possible.
