Sharing the Brazilian Experience with Professor Francelino Grando

Pipal Ltd is very honoured to co-host a meeting of Kenya's engaged biofuel researchers, producers and policy contributors with Prof Francelino Grando at ICRAF today with the Brazilian Ambassador to Kenya H.E. Ana Maria Sempaio Fernandes. Prof Francelino Grando is the Secretary of Industrial Technology, Ministry of Development , Indusry and Foreign Trade in the Brazilian Government. He has been deeply involved in developing the success of Brazil's Biofuel industry. Having previously worked for UNEP, he and his fellow vice ministers are here as part of a larger Africa tour to meet Dr Achim Steiner, Director General of UNEP, to discuss sustainable criteria for biofuels production. We are very grateful to him for agreeing to meet with Kenyan biofuels professionals and share his experience and knowledge. We, at Pipal Ltd, are honoured to host this meeting.
