Pipal Ltd has worked with the Kenyan Biofuels Policy Committee over the last one year. A draft is now being completed after a stakeholders meeting in Nakuru on February 1/2nd 2010. A final stakeholders meeting will be held by the Ministry of Energy at the end of March 2010.
